In our plants dedicated to organic production, we use only the highest quality organic raw materials, paying particular attention to the selection and control processes.
We ALWAYS use
The best ingredients for healthy and tasty products.
Flour from ANCIENT GRAINS
giving precedence to very strong or wholegrain flour.
The little refining of the grains guarantees to keep all nutrients. In addition, the products baked using these flours are tastier and more fragrant.
VEGETABLE FATS
we choose those that are healthier for our health, such as extra virgin olive oil or high oleic sunflower oil. Poor in saturated fats and rich in unsaturated fats, they are considered allies of our health.
SELECTED SWEETENERS
for our products we use only natural sweeteners such as rice syrup and agave syrup or raw cane sugar.
We NEVER use
in our production facilities.
- We NEVER use MILK and EGGS
- These allergens are never used in our dedicated organic production facilities. A choice we have made over 20 years ago.
- We NEVER use White Sugar
- we prefer natural sweeteners to enhance the taste of our recipes.
- We NEVER use synthetic pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, plant protection products
- these substances are not allowed in organic farming.
- We NEVER use Preservatives, Artificial colourings, Artificial flavours, Chemical extracts, GMOs
- these ingredients are not allowed in the regulations for organic production.
