Rice cream made from stone-ground organic whole-grain flakes. The rice grains are pre-cooked at a high temperature, then processed into flakes, dried and finally stone ground into an impalpable flour. Thanks to the use of wholegrain flakes, it is a good source of fibre and mineral salts.
