Italian Acacia Honey
It is one of the best known and most appreciated honeys for its delicate vanilla and flowery aroma. It is light-coloured and very clear; due to the high fructose content it crystallises very little, remaining mainly in liquid form. Ideal for flavouring tea, herbal teas and baked goods, which do not overpower the taste.
Sweeteners
Natural sweeteners from selected biological raw materials. They are obtained with a process of extraction and generally natural concentration of plants or cereals. Unlike the common white sugar they have the advantage of not being subjected to the refining process or of undergoing it in a reduced way in the case of cane sugar.
