Barley Malt

Barley malt is an excellent natural sweetener, made from malted barley. The enzymes in sprouted barley break down the starches into simpler sugars, which give barley malt its typical sweet taste. Because of its good flavour and smooth consistency, it can be spread on bread, crackers, biscuits and rusks or used to sweeten tea, herbal teas, coffee and baked goods.

Sweeteners

Natural sweeteners from selected biological raw materials. They are obtained with a process of extraction and generally natural concentration of plants or cereals.
