Rice Malt

Rice malt is an excellent natural sweetener, made from malted barley and rice. The enzymes in the sprouted barley break down the starches in the rice into simpler sugars that give the rice malt its typical sweet taste. Because of its good flavour and smooth texture, it can be spread on bread, biscuits and rusks or used to sweeten tea, herbal tea, coffee and cakes.

Sweeteners

Natural sweeteners from selected biological raw materials. They are obtained with a process of extraction and generally natural concentration of plants or cereals. Unlike the common white sugar they have the advantage of not being subjected to the refining process or of undergoing it in a reduced way in the case of cane sugar. They therefore present themselves as a healthier and more natural alternative to sweeten each recipe and enjoy every dish.
