Pasta made from durum wheat semolina and hemp flour, an ingredient with a high nutritional value, rich in fibre and protein containing all the essential amino acids. The resulting pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures to preserve its nutritional characteristics and give it a porous texture, ideal for holding sauces.

Line of products based on flour or seeds of Hemp Sativa L. with Thc content less than 0.2%. Hemp sativa has a high nutritional value, rich in fiber and protein and contains all the essential amino acids. In hemp seeds the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are present according to a proportional ratio considered optimal (3: 1) and useful for the regulation of the metabolic activities of the organism.
