Quinoa flour is obtained by stone-working the seeds of the quinoa plant, a herbaceous plant native to South America. The quinoa seeds are similar in shape to lentils and have a pleasant, distinctive aroma which is also imparted to the flour. It is used in the preparation of special breads, baked goods and small pastries, cereal bars and granola, creams and soups.

Obtained from the milling of the respective cereals or seeds all cultivated following the organic farming method, each with its peculiar nutritional properties and sensory characteristics. Packaged in ATM (modified atmosphere) to guarantee better preservation, thus preserving taste and nutrients. Ideal for varying one's diet and for preparing many sweet and savory recipes.
